Larry has earned individual accolades such as: Maryland State 'Small Business Person of the Year' and numerous recognitions and awards for philanthropy and community service. Some of his expertise include: site selection, lease negotiation, design consultation, contractor selection, value engineering, and construction management including financial management.
Responsible for day-to-day operations with an emphasis on PR, marketing, and strategic planning; Sunni has extensive business, customer service, and social media experience in the Health and Fitness, Music, and Restaurant industries. She has received national accolades for excellence in online communication and customer relations.
